WHO WE ARE
NOSY is an artist strategy and creative development studio focused on online sessions for artists and creatives, led by Kristina Polerecka, also known as Rocca Rey — a music industry professional and artist with over 8 years of experience working directly inside the core teams of major label artists.
She has built projects from the inside — shaping releases, creative direction, touring, leading artist teams, and navigating high-pressure environments where key decisions are made.
Her work spans executive management, live touring, PR, publishing, creative direction, crisis communication, production, endorsements, grants, and legal affairs — from development to execution and sales. Leading her own educational program at University.
She has seen artists succeed, stall, and completely fail — often not because they lack talent, but because of a lack of direction, clarity, the right team, or timing. As an independent artist herself, she operates from both sides — combining strategic thinking with real creative experience.

WHAT WE DO
HOW IT WORKS
Apply for a 90-minute session through our application form.
We review your case and, if we believe we can help you, we’ll schedule the session with you.
To confirm your spot, a 50% deposit is required. After that, we may contact you with follow-up questions or request additional materials if needed.
The remaining 50% is due on the day of the session.
You will receive a link to a 90-minute online call, where we go through your case in detail and focus on what actually needs to be solved.
To make the session effective, we highly recommend choosing one key topic or issue — this allows us to go deep enough to create real movement.
After the session, you will receive a short summary highlighting key points and next steps. We do recommend taking notes during the session
Some cases require more than one session. After the initial session, further work can be continued through a session bundle if needed.

We work with individuals — artists, creatives, or small teams (up to 3 people) within one project.
We create release plans for singles, albums, tours, or individual shows, and build strategy or artistic vision.
We identify where you’re blocking yourself — creatively, strategically, or mentally — and show you how to move forward.
We review your opportunities — label offers, brand deals, collaborations — and tell you what makes sense and what doesn’t.
We help you build or fix your team — who you need, what’s missing, and how things should be structured.
We help you shape your project — from concept and visuals to execution and rollout.
We give direct feedback on your music, visuals, and overall concept — and what to change if you want to move forward.
We build strategy, structure, and clear next steps — whether it’s direction, positioning, or simply what to do next.
We support sales strategy — ticketing, merchandise, or launching your project to market.
We guide you on how to build press kits, pitches, and booking decks.
And when needed, we simply define your next move — clearly and without noise.
WHAT WE DO NOT
We are not a label, publishing house, or booking agency — we won’t get you gigs or endorsements. We show you how to build your positioning and where to focus your effort.
We are not coaches, motivators, or mentors pushing you somewhere you don’t belong.
We are not here to do the work for you. We show you how, identify the roadblocks, and give you direction — execution is on you.
We do not provide core team members or act as executive management.
We are not intermediaries. We won’t connect you directly with people, but we may guide you on who to approach and how.
We are not legal advisors. Our input is based on real experience — if needed, we will point you to the right professionals.
We are not available outside of sessions. Use your time wisely and come prepared.
We are not here to waste your time — or ours. If we can’t help you, we’ll tell you and point you in a different direction.
This is not a full strategy build. It’s a focused session designed to define direction, identify what matters, and give you clear next steps. Some cases may require multiple sessions.
We are not here to save you. You have to save yourself. But we’ll be there with you.
